I am Mel, an abstract artist based in Los Angeles, California. My work is an emotional fusion of memories, landscapes, and thoughts, both conscious and subconscious, brought to life through colors and abstract forms. Guided by intuition, I’m inspired by nature, human experiences, and memories, often responding to a place or a moment. The ocean is a big inspiration for me, along with weather, and those in-between moments like dawn, dusk, sunsets, or misty mornings.
